Service Options
Currently we provide the following M&O service options to our clients. We also customize specific services to our client per request.

  • Installation/configuration
  • Install and configure from data link layer to application layer of the whole network system in data center. With professional tools and sophisticated technique, we perform the fast and high quality completion.

  • Daily Maintenance
  • Daily monitor and maintain the network, ensuring network availability so that the remote users have stable access to the servers. It includes the temperature control over the servers and network device, the accessibility of the network system, the cooperation to the changes in the IDC, etc. Smooth and stable operation of our customer’s business is of the high priority.

  • Quality Assurance
  • The overall management of the cage could never be a minor issue because it involves the better usage of resource and the optimal combination of spacing. Engage in site layout, network construction planning, quality assurance and ensure data safety. We have a scientifically logistic system that protects the safety of your business.

  • Supervision
  • To supervise network/server support specialist to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. The technical specialist will take charge of the insight problem solving, while our engineers will be the best assistant in completing the repair and complete the case.
